Hogan Assessment Systems Headquarters

As the pioneer of successfully predicting job performance through personality assessments, Hogan Assessments leads its industry and serves some of the most powerful corporations in 57 countries around the world. The company’s previous home office, however, didn’t live up to its place of prominence in the global arena. Hogan decided to build a new, world-class headquarters that would reflect its leadership while fostering Hogans’ corporate values of work hard, play hard.

Hogan Assessments’ headquarters required a certain personality of its own: welcoming, responsive and capable of multitasking. The building presents a sleek, ultra-contemporary aesthetic in keeping with Hogan’s brand — an effective tool for attracting and retaining top, young talent from much larger markets. The facility includes office and meeting space as well as an open rooftop environment. Besides offering workspace for the employees, the building’s meeting space allows the firm to host its training events and seminars on-site. The third floor also features an open rooftop environment with a catering kitchen for entertainment. The building was also designed with sustainable features including 70 geothermal wells and green space on the roof.

The project received a “Build Oklahoma” Award in 2015 from the Associated General Contractors of Oklahoma.
